Second Chance Center Admissions Process
The admissions process begins with an application requesting admission to the Second Chance Center.
(LINK TO SECOND CHANCE CENTER APPLICATION)Our Intake Manager contacts the Social Worker or Case Manager to procure the medical records of the individual as well as to conduct a phone interview to determine if the applicant is a match for the program.
The information is forwarded to the Admissions Committee who reviews all applications on a weekly basis and responds based on the applicant’s suitability for the program and the availability of beds.
